Matt Saucci is the founder and “Chief” of Saucci Drafting and Consulting. For over 15 years, he has held multiple positions in the New York City construction market from Project Superintendent, Assistant Project Manager, and Project Manager.
For 7 of those years Matt worked as a Project Manager for Nations Roof where he refined his expertise in commercial roofing and waterproofing. He was involved in all types of roofing projects including new construction, rip and re-roof, overlays/recoveries, plaza decks with pavers, mechanical room waterproofing, traffic coatings, green roof install and more. Matt worked closely with many of the largest roofing manufacturers in the industry. He coordinated between them and his crew members to ensure that the products were being installed per warranty specifications.
